Dom Pérignon is often credited with "inventing" champagne. Sadly for the mythologists, he didn't. In fact, he spent much of his time trying to stop bubbles appearing in his wine. He did, however, vastly improve grape selection, pruning and harvesting. Join us for this fabulous dinner paired with the classic line of Moet Chandon highlighted with Dom Perignon.
